At PlayShala, we understand that parents value both safety and timely delivery when it comes to products for their children. That’s why we make every effort to ensure that your child’s favorite toys and educational games reach you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India – no minimum purchase required.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for all orders across India for your convenience.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- Parents/customers are responsible for tracking and receiving the shipment once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery Issues
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please notify us at team@playshala.com within 24 hours.
- Delays in reporting may make it difficult for us to investigate with our courier partners.
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- We are unable to change the shipping address or delivery method after the order has been confirmed.
